Create a World
	Create an ideal world where three moral problems have been resolved.
		What is the limit of personal rights such as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?
		The characteristics of and resolution to the capital punishment issue.
		The characteristics of and resolution to the drug use and abuse problem.
Create a World
	Formulate a set of pragmatic rules based on the class lectures and readings that will give guidance on how to resolve the selected problems.

	You must create rules that follow the guidelines of the systems we study, or creatively give reasons why those guidelines will not aid in the formulation of those rules.
	These rules must be flexible and general enough to apply to more than one situation.
	You may reformulate the general rules to apply to the various situations.

	Detail the methods required to implement solutions to those problems given the shape of the world you are creating.

	You must choose a team of five people.
	Where there are disputes, I will decide.

	Your team will be responsible for the production of a 20 page cooperative paper due two weeks before the end of class this semester.
Create a World
	Each person will be responsible for 4 pages. If a student drops the class before the end of the semester, your team will be responsible for a 16 page paper eliminating one of the problems.
	Each student will be responsible for one section of the paper.

	The team will decide who is responsible for which section.
	Each section will:
		have its own title.
		fulfill the requirements outlined in subsequent slides.
		contain its own bibliography.

	The teams will be given time during class to discuss and formulate answers to these issues.

	The paper outline will be comprised of three general parts.
		The Ideal world and how the required moral problems have been solved.
		Your chosen moral system with the pragmatic rules.
		Specific issues.

	The Third part will be comprised of 3 separate topics.
		What are the limits of personal rights such as life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness?
		The characteristics of and resolution to the capital punishment issue.
		The characteristics of and resolution to the drug use and abuse problem.

	Each part of the three specific topics will need to cover four areas.
		Why does a problem exist today?
		What are the moral issues involved?
		How does your ideal world respond to the moral issues?
		What are the weaknesses of your resolution?
